RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for store credit, size exchanges, item exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the received date.

The item must be free of any marks, stains, or odors (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or detergent).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Where exchanges for incorrect sizing occur, you are required to cover shipping back to us, however Three Athletic will cover the shipping back to you. 

For faulty items, our team will evaluate the return request. If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note, we do not accept returns, store credits, or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty.

If you purchased an item using a temporary discount code (excluding Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases), you may be eligible for a store credit. Please contact our customer care team at info@threeathletic.com for assistance with available options.

Three Athletic reserves the right to reject returns that fall outside the 15-day return period or are not in original condition. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note, we endeavour to pack and ship orders within 1-2 days of order being received.

We proudly ship across Australia using Australia Post, offering two convenient options:

Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days) - $10

Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days) - $16

International Shipping

For our global Three Athletic community, we offer:

Standard Shipping New Zealand (4-8 Business Days) - $20

Standard International Shipping (6-25 Business Days, depending on your country) - $26

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal services.

Customs Fees

Please note that international orders may incur customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. As a small, growing brand, Three Athletic is unable to cover these additional costs at this time.
